Tibbiyah begins operations as part of Al Faisaliah Group, laying the foundation for integrated healthcare solutions across Saudi Arabia.

2000

Establishment of Al Faisaliah Medical Systems (FMS) as a subsidiary, expanding specialised medical equipment and healthcare solution capabilities.

2012

Establishment of Lawazem International Medical Company (Premma), specialising in medical consumables and strengthening healthcare supply services.

2013

Joint venture with Philips Healthcare Saudi Arabia Ltd. to supply advanced medical equipment and innovative healthcare solutions nationwide.

2022

Tibbiyah is listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul – Nomu), marking a major milestone in growth and transparency.

2023

Genalive Medical Company launches operations in December 2023, following a 50-50 strategic partnership with BGI, localising genetic laboratory services and advancing medical innovation and accessibility.

2024

Full acquisition of Mohammed Hamad Abdullah Al Hammad Medical Services, under a binding agreement effective 1 July, strengthening healthcare capabilities and market presence.

2025

Joint venture established with Nephrocare Health Services Saudi Arabia on 20 November 2025, with a 49% stake. The company is part of the global NephroPlus network, one of the world's largest dialysis care providers, specialising in advanced, high-quality, patient-centric renal care.

2025

Full exit from Innovative Healthcare Holding, in light of structural shifts in the obesity treatment market, enabling efficient capital redeployment towards higher-return strategic opportunities in healthcare, in line with Tibbiyah's approved growth direction.
